What is POPIA?
The Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) is South Africa’s primary data protection legislation. It governs how organisations may collect, store, use, and share the personal information of individuals and juristic persons.
POPIA came into full effect on 1 July 2021. It establishes eight conditions for lawful processing of personal information and grants data subjects a range of rights over how their information is handled.

Our Responsibilities as a Responsible Party
Manna Holdings (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party in respect of the personal information processed in the course of our business. This means we determine the purpose and means by which personal information is processed.

What Personal Information We Process
In the course of our operations across our three divisions, we may process the following categories of personal information:
Manna Property Valuations Client names, contact details, and property information required to conduct valuations; financial and ownership records where relevant to the valuation mandate.
Manna Working @ Heights Business contact details of clients and procurement officers; delivery address information; records necessary for supply of certified safety equipment.
Manna Training Academy Learner names, identity numbers, contact details, and educational records required for SETA-accredited training registration, assessment, and certification.

How to Lodge a Complaint
